This ensures that only genuine opportunities are introduced to our investor and buyer network.
Initial Consultation
The engagement begins with a confidential consultation to understand:

Advisory Retainer Fee
A non-refundable advisory retainer fee is mandatory prior to commencement of the engagement.
Standard Retainer Fee
The retainer fee covers:
- Client onboarding

- Preparation of investment summary

The retainer fee demonstrates commitment from all parties and enables YTC Ventures to dedicate professional resources toward the transaction.
Project Activation
Following completion of onboarding and receipt of the advisory retainer fee:
- A Client ID will be assigned
- A Project ID will be created
- The engagement will be activated
- A dedicated advisory workflow will commence
- The opportunity will become eligible for buyer and investor outreach
No investor introductions, buyer outreach, acquisition discussions, marketing activities, or transaction support services will commence until onboarding has been completed and the retainer fee has been received.
Success Fee
In addition to the advisory retainer fee, YTC Ventures may be entitled to a transaction success fee upon successful completion of a business sale, acquisition, merger, strategic investment, or divestment transaction.
Success fee terms are defined separately within the Advisory Agreement and may vary based on transaction size, complexity, geography, and scope of engagement.

All client information is treated as highly confidential.

- Know Your Client (KYC) documentation
