We are seeking to acquire a well-established Dental College (BDS/MDS) along with an attached Medical Hospital in Karnataka.
Preferred Criteria:
- Operational Dental College with valid DCI / RGUHS affiliations
- Attached teaching hospital with inpatient & outpatient facilities
- Minimum 5+ acres of land with scope for future expansion
- Located in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru, Hubli-Dharwad, or other major cities in Karnataka
- Fully compliant with all regulatory norms and approvals
We welcome proposals from promoters looking for a complete or partial exit or a strategic partnership to take their institution to the next level.
YTC Ventures will bring in strong operational expertise, marketing capabilities, institutional networks, and growth capital to significantly scale the college and hospital post-acquisition.
This acquisition will be funded through a combination of equity and structured debt.
