Key Requirements
- 200+ operational beds (preferably 250+ beds)
- Multi-specialty or Super-specialty focus (Cardiology, Oncology, Orthopedics, Neurosciences, etc. preferred)
- NABH accredited or in advanced stage of accreditation
- Located in Delhi or prime locations in Delhi-NCR
- Stable or growing occupancy with established medical & paramedical team
- Minimum 5–7 years of operational history with audited financials
Buyer Profile
- Strong balance sheet with proven track record in healthcare acquisitions
- Fast decision-making process
- Can structure deals as 100% acquisition, majority stake, or strategic partnership with management control
Preferred Deal Structure
- Outright purchase
- Majority equity stake with promoter exit or partial rollover
- Management contracts + equity also considered
