Business Development Associate
Location: Shillong, Meghalaya
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard talented professionals and field staff.
- Support business development and strategic growth initiatives.
- Coordinate company meetings, events, workshops, and outreach programs.
- Assist in developing relationships with government departments, public sector organizations, and local authorities.
- Support project proposals, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Conduct field visits and represent the company during official engagements.
- Maintain records, reports, and follow-up actions for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
- Graduates in any discipline are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in business development, recruitment, sales, field operations, event management, government liaison, administration, or related roles will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.Willingness to travel within Meghalaya and neighboring regions as required.
- Knowledge of local communities, institutions, and government offices is an advantage.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong learning attitude may also apply.Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Hindi and/or Khasi will be an added advantage.
