Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms and online campaigns.
• Create and publish content for marketing and branding activities.
• Generate leads through digital channels.
• Assist in website updates and online promotions.
• Track and report marketing performance metrics.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and field visits.
• Support sales activities and customer relationship management.
• Follow up on leads and business opportunities.

Operations & Administration

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
• Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding initiatives.
• Organize company events, workshops, meetings, and outreach programs.
• Coordinate field activities and project implementation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.

Government & Project Coordination

• Liaise with government departments and public sector organizations.
• Assist in project proposals, submissions, and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings with officials, stakeholders, and partners.
• Support the execution of government and institutional projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
• Graduates in any discipline are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in digital marketing, sales, recruitment, operations, administration, event management, or government liaison is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Ability to travel for field work when required.
• Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Hindi and/or Khasi will be an added advantage.
