The Commission held stakeholder consultations in Chennai on September 7 and 8, with discussions focused on pay, pensions, allowances, service conditions and other issues affecting Central Government employees and retirees.
The Commission’s next scheduled stop is Puducherry on September 9, where it is expected to meet stakeholders from the Union Territory. The Puducherry visit has also been confirmed by the official Finance Department of the Government of Puducherry.
