Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
- Certifications like MCSE / CCNA / ITIL / Hardware & Networking are an added advantage
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Executive to manage and support the hospital’s IT infrastructure and digital systems.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining hospital information systems (HIS), resolving hardware and network issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR, and ERP software.
- Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, and staff for IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, and switches.
- Ensure data backup, security, and access control policies are in place.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for system maintenance and upgrades.
- Manage email systems, CCTV, biometric devices, and other IT assets.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and maintenance schedules.
- Support implementation of digital transformation or automation initiatives within the hospital.
- Ensure IT compliance with hospital data protection and patient privacy standards (HIPAA, NABH, etc.).
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of hospital IT systems, HIS/EMR software, and healthcare data workflows.
- Hands-on experience in hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of data security, firewalls, and backup solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 hospital environment.
