Full job description

Role: CNC operators are responsible for running CNC machines to manufacture parts or components, ensuring that the machines are set up and programmed correctly, and that they are functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Setting up machines according to specifications
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Interpret and work from engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
• Develop and optimize 2D CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
• Select appropriate tools, materials, and machining parameters.
• Monitoring the machine’s operations to ensure accuracy.
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CNC machine operations and programming.
• Strong understanding of 2D CAD/CAM software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• CNC Setter: 3 years (Required)

Location:

• Bangalore, Karnataka (Required)
