Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Multiple project sites across East, North & South Bengaluru)
Position: Site Engineer – Civil
Number of Openings: 6
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good academic projects/internships are encouraged to apply)
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil Engineering (Full-time only)
Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 INR / month (depending on interview performance & previous experience)
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | On-siteKey Responsibilities:
- Execution and supervision of civil works (RCC, formwork, rebar, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, etc.) as per drawings and specifications
- Daily site progress monitoring, labour & contractor management
- Quantity survey, measurement book (MB) preparation, billing verification
- Material reconciliation and quality checks
- Coordination with consultants, architects, and MEP teams
- Maintaining site safety standards and documentation (checklists, DPR, hindrance register, etc.)
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. Civil Engineering (2020–2025 pass-outs are most welcome)
- 0–2 years of site experience (residential/commercial/high-rise projects preferred)
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera is a plus
- Willing to work at project sites across Bengaluru
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
