Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Multiple hospital sites across the city; flexible based on specialty)

Start Date: Immediate (November 2025 onwards)
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from ₹8-25 LPA based on experience and specialty (e.g., Cardiologists and Neurologists at higher end); plus incentives, health insurance, and shift allowances. As a duty doctor, you will handle emergency rotations, patient consultations, diagnostics, and coordination with specialists. Ideal for professionals passionate about high-impact patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Specialties Needed:
- Cardiologist (DM Cardiology preferred; focus on cardiac emergencies and non-invasive procedures)
- Neurologist (DM Neurology; stroke management and neuro-ICU support)
- Oncologist (DM Medical Oncology; chemotherapy oversight and palliative care)
- Nephrologist (DM Nephrology; dialysis unit rotations and renal transplants)
- Gastroenterologist (DM Gastroenterology; endoscopy and GI emergencies)
- Orthopaedic Surgeon (MS/DNB Ortho; trauma and joint replacement cases)
- Paediatrician (MD Paediatrics; NICU and outpatient child health)
- Obstetrics and Gynaecologist (MS OBG; labour ward and high-risk pregnancies)
- General Surgeon (MS General Surgery; elective and emergency surgeries)
- General Physician (MD General Medicine; IPD rounds and chronic disease management)
- ENT Specialist (MS ENT; head-neck emergencies and otology)
- Pathologist (MD Pathology; lab diagnostics and histopathology reporting)
- Radiologist (MD Radiology; CT/MRI interpretations and interventional procedures)
- Nursing Department Leads/Supervisors (MSc Nursing or equivalent; staff training and unit management)
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBBS + relevant PG (MD/MS/DM/DNB) from recognized institutions.
- 2+ years post-PG experience preferred; fresh PGs with strong internship exposure considered.
- BLS/ACLS certification mandatory; additional specialty certifications (e.g., FIJR for Ortho) advantageous.
- Valid Karnataka Medical Council registration.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to handle 12-24 hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct duty rounds, initial assessments, and triage in ER/IPD.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with NABH standards.
- Participate in on-call duties and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior staff and nursing teams.
