- Physical Items (if ordered through YTC Ventures B2B Shop or affiliated vendors)
- Subscription and Membership Access (online delivery)
2. Digital Deliverables
Most of our services are digital in nature.
Once a project, subscription, or digital product is confirmed and payment is received, delivery is made via:
- Email or secure download link
- Shared drive (Google Drive / OneDrive)
- Website deployment or access credentials
Delivery Timeline:
- Standard projects: 3–14 working days (depending on scope)
- Digital files & subscriptions: Instant to 48 hours after confirmation
- Custom solutions: As per proposal or project schedule
3. Physical Product Shipping (if applicable)
For hardware, branded merchandise, or B2B equipment sold through YTC Ventures B2B Shop:
- Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days within India, and 10–21 working days for international shipments.
- Tracking details will be shared via email once the product is dispatched.
Shipping Partners:
We work with trusted courier partners like BlueDart, DTDC, FedEx, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout or in the invoice.
- Large orders or international shipments may incur additional logistics or customs fees.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
YTC Ventures is not liable for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns
- Customs clearance delays
- Third-party courier disruptions
In such cases, our support team will communicate updated delivery timelines proactively.
