Since most of our services are digital, strategic, or custom-made, physical returns are generally not applicable. However, this policy outlines how we handle returns or replacements where applicable.

This Return Policy applies to:
- Digital Products and Subscriptions
- Media and Branding Deliverables
- Internship and Training Program Materials
- B2B Procurement & Hardware Orders (if applicable)
2. Digital Services & Products
All digital services, design work, and media campaigns are considered final upon delivery. Once creative assets or software systems are shared, returns or replacements are not possible due to the nature of digital content.
In cases of technical issues or delivery errors, our support team will promptly review and resolve the issue by:
- Reissuing access to the correct files or platforms
- Correcting any delivery-related discrepancies
- Providing updated assets if an error occurred on our part
3. Physical Products (if applicable)
If you purchase physical or hardware items (e.g., devices through YTC B2B Shop):
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase and delivery receipt are required.
Once inspected and approved, replacement or refund (as applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized digital content, software, or creative assets
- Completed consulting or training sessions
- Subscription or license-based access
- Third-party vendor products beyond our control

To initiate a return request, please email our support team with your invoice number, product/service details, and a brief reason for return.
