This refund policy applies to all services provided by YTC Ventures, including but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- Media Campaigns & Branding
- Internship & Training Programs
- Digital Subscriptions
- Consulting, Strategy, and B2B Services
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by error.
- Service not delivered as per the agreed proposal or work order.
- Project cancellation within 7 days of payment (before work commencement).
Once the service has started, refunds are generally not applicable, as resources, design time, and digital systems are immediately allocated.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed projects, digital files, and creative assets delivered.
- Third-party software, domain, hosting, or license fees.
- Training, media campaigns, and consulting sessions already conducted.
4. Refund Process
Eligible refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID once the refund is initiated.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund is due, please contact our support team with your payment details, invoice, and project ID.
