Product / Service Marketing & Sales Account manager – Bengaluru & Muzaffarpur location (Hybrid Mode)

Responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, presenting products or services, negotiating deals, and closing sales to achieve set sales targets, while maintaining existing customer accounts and providing excellent customer service, all while staying updated on market trends and industry knowledge.

Key responsibilities of a sales executive:

  • Lead generation:Actively seek out new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads. 
  • Customer relationship management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals. 
  • Sales presentations:Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits to persuade them to purchase. 
  • Negotiation:Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close deals. 
  • Sales cycle management:Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with prospects. 
  • Sales reporting and analysis:Track sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
  • Market research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies. 
  • Customer feedback:Gather feedback from clients to identify their needs and concerns, and communicate this information to the product development team. 

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively present information to clients and build rapport. 
  • Persuasive selling skills: Ability to tailor sales pitches to individual client needs and effectively overcome objections. 
  • Negotiation skills: Confidence in negotiating contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms for the company. 
  • Relationship building: Capability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. 
  • Product knowledge: Deep understanding of the company’s products or services to accurately answer customer questions. 
  • Salesforce or CRM proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer data. 
  • Market awareness: Knowledge of the industry landscape, competitors, and market trends.
