Position Overview
We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and highly motivated fresh graduates to join YTC Ventures as Business Development Associates (BDA).
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, researching businesses, and contributing to business growth initiatives.
No technical background is required.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads
- Connect with founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups
Market Research
- Research industries and target companies
- Analyze business opportunities
- Track emerging market trends
Relationship Management
- Maintain client communication
- Build long-term professional relationships
- Support partnership initiatives
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals
- Maintain CRM and lead databases
- Support business outreach campaigns
