In a major update for lakhs of aspirants, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially declared the SSC GD Constable Final Result 2025 on January 15, 2026.

The much-awaited final merit list and selection announcement mark the culmination of the rigorous multi-stage recruitment process for 53,690 vacancies of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

1. Visit the official website: ssc.gov.in
2. Click on the “Result” tab on the homepage.
3. Navigate to the GD section and look for the link:

4. Download the relevant PDF(s) and search for your roll number using Ctrl+F.
5. Save the merit list for future reference.

Note: State-wise and category-wise final cutoff marks (marks of the last selected candidate) have been released alongside the merit list in the official write-up and cutoff PDFs.

These vary significantly by state, force, gender, and category due to vacancy distribution and reservation norms. For example, cutoffs are typically higher in competitive states and for UR category. What Happens Next?

Shortlisted candidates will soon receive joining letters and allocation details from the respective forces (BSF, CISF, CRPF, etc.). The process of posting, training, and final appointment is expected to take 10–11 months.

Candidates are advised to regularly check the official SSC website and their registered email/mobile for updates. If no communication is received within six months, contact the allocated force directly.
